POLICIES Cancellation Policy: In order to hold your reservation, a minimum 50% deposit is required. This deposit is refundable up to 30 days before your arrival date. Your trip must be paid in full no later than 30 days before your arrival date; any reservations made within this 30-day period must be paid in full. If you have a trip voucher, the voucher acts as your payment in full and once redeemed as payment in full, it is void and cannot be redeemed again. If you cancel within 15 days of your trip your payment is non-refundable including your voucher which acts as your payment in full. All trips are rain or shine – please plan to raft! If it is raining, we do have wetsuits & splash jackets for you to rent. U.S. Rafting reserves the right to switch rivers if conditions so warrant. We also reserve the right to change raft sizes, or the number of guests per raft. All such decisions will be made by U.S. Rafting exclusively. Participation in whitewater rafting and other
related activities involves inherent risks. Participants must accept
responsibility for
these
risks and agree to sign a liability waiver and release form prior to
participation. Any person under the age of 18 must have permission
and
a
signed release form from his or her parent or legal guardian prior to
his
or her participation in any activity. Please ask us to send a release
form prior to arrival if a parent or guardian will not be participating
with a minor. |
