POLICIES In order to hold your reservation, a minimum 50% deposit is required. This deposit is refundable up to 30 days before your arrival date. Your trip must be paid in full no later than 30 days before your arrival date; any reservations made within this 30-day period must be paid in full. If you cancel anytime within the 30 days prior to your trip, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 15 days of your trip your trip payment is non-refundable. If you have a trip voucher, your voucher acts as payment in full so if you cancel within 15 days of your trip date you lose your voucher. The U.S. Rafting staff will do our best to reschedule you based on our availability but your voucher will not be valid for another trip unless we can fit you in that same year. A trip voucher acts as your payment in full for your trip. All trips are rain or shine! You’re going to get wet anyways! U.S. Rafting reserves the right to switch rivers if conditions so warrant. We also reserve the right to change raft sizes, or the number of guests per raft. All such decisions will be made by U.S. Rafting exclusively. Participation in whitewater rafting and other
related activities involves inherent risks. Participants must accept
responsibility for
these
risks and agree to sign a liability waiver and release form prior to
participation. Any person under the age of 18 must have permission
and
a
signed release form from his or her parent or legal guardian prior to
his
or her participation in any activity. Please ask us to send a release
form prior to arrival if a parent or guardian will not be participating
with a minor. |
